Starting Older
“Starting Older” is a life phase in between late middle age and old age. Retirement is hardly a relevant concept any more. A healthy 65 year old has 10 0r 15 or 20 years left of productive work. But doing more of the same is often no longer stimulating or a desirable option. Reaching the stage of life I call Starting Older presents a huge opportunity, but an uncertain one without a ready road map. Previous generations didn’t have this opportunity. The Starting Older Blog is designed to explore the nature of this phase of life, its challenges and possibilities, and to begin to provide a roadmap for those who ask themselves, “Well, that was a great career, but what do I do now?”
